Der Ausdauerteil, welcher im High-Low-Impact unterrichtet wird, ist gespickt mit einer Vielzahl von Schritten, Sprüngen und einfachen Elementen aus dem Tanz und wird ergänzt durch ein klassisches Problemzonentraining mit und ohne Geräte. Bei motivierender Musik wird die Muskulatur von Bauch, Beine und Po gezielt gekräftigt. Ein Stretching lässt die Anleitungen ausklingen.
