The Nintendo Wii can be turned into a 24 Hour Fitness center. There are so many fitness games that you can purchase that can be used to help you lose weight. These games will help you to burn calories and lose weight, and you can do it anytime of the day or night! You can do it as long as you want. You will really feel the burn after a few hours of exercising. The nice thing is that using the Nintendo Wii is so much fun, you will easily lose track of time, and you will probably not notice it until the next day, when you feel so sore the next day!
I have lost 50 lbs since I have purchased the Nintendo Wii in May 2008, which for me is quite an accomplishment. I basically only have to lose another 14 lbs to get down to my goal weight of 195. I think that I should be able to accomplish that by the end of the summer. It is so nice to be able to use the Wii anytime of the night or day that I want. I personally like to use it between 8 am and 10 am, after I have done some work. I have a nice healthy filling breakfast at 4:30 am and do so work before I hit my mini gym and start my one hour workout.
