I was overweight and I hated to work out, I used to play sports in high school but I never enjoyed the gym process of it all. After high school a blew up 50 pounds and let all of my social life, my friends and bad eating habits get to me. I knew that I could not let this go on for long because I would just continue to gain more weight. I had gained just under 50 pounds in 12 short months and it was not until I decided to take my life back that I would do so. I told myself I would not join a gym, I just was not motivated what so ever to get up every day and drive to a gym. It just was not me.
Here are some simple tricks that you can use to help you lose weight without going to a gym every day.
Portion control: watch what your eating and break down your 3 bad meals a day to healthy small portion meals 5-6 times a day. This will help speed up your metabolism.
Water: Drink 10-12 glasses of water a day. This will help you feel more full and not be so hungry to go out and break your diet and eat junk food, or Fake Fillers as I like to call them.
Walking: You do not need any exercise equipment to do this you can simply go to your local park, around your neighborhood but walking just simply 45 minutes a day will help out tremendously.
Outdoor Activities: Hiking, Running on the beach, playing outdoors sports, like baseball football basketball and soccer. These all help you with cardio and help you burn fat and lose weight without going to a gym.
