The Hot Yoga Method is practiced in a heated room to ease muscles and joints, prevent injury and aid the healing of existing injuries, as well as promoting detoxification through sweating.At Hot Yoga by Gema I am bringing a new style of yoga, I have 12 years experience in yoga and have combined all my studies and courses done all over Asia into one Unique Sequence. The sequence is Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, Astanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga.I also teach children’s yoga 3-9 years old and soon to come 9 – 15 years old.

All students are welcome at all levels; you’re never too young or too old to do yoga.

Yoga is about listening to your body, moving in the course the body wants to open up and let the flexibility to be progressed. Yoga is not a competition, it is for you to release your stresses through life and endure your practice.
